Balram has more than 25 years’ international experience as an entrepreneurial business leader across the digital, consulting and IT sectors. He joined 1TX from Tech Mahindra, the Indian multinational tech and consulting company, where he was responsible for sales in their banking, financial services and insurance businesses across Europe.
Balram has extensive experience in building, leading and growing technology focused and enabled businesses. He has worked with all types of scaled companies helping them to grow by building and mentoring high performance teams and bringing best-in-class practices, growth and profit outcomes. Balram is a qualified electrical engineer and has an MBA from the Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
